Chicago Tai Chi Qigong offers classes in
Yang and Chen Style Tai Chi and
Chinese Qigong (Chi Kung) exercises.

Our instructors each have over 25
years experience. Our goal is to make
each Tai Chi (Taiji) and Qigong (Chi
Kung) class active, enjoyable, and a
great place to meet new friends.
